Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
Shipping rates
We offer the following shipping options:
UK standard delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd class tracked): from £2.85. Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 working days.
InPost Home Delivery (tracked): £2.90. Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 working days.
UK express delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1st class tracked): from £3.80. Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 working days.
UK small parcel (larger orders)
Royal Mail 1st class small parcel: £4.65.
Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel: £3.65.
InPost Home Delivery: £2.90.
United States & Canada
International Tracked: £12.99. Estimated delivery: 5 to 8 working days.
Free shipping
Free standard UK shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) on all UK orders over £30. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to the United States or Canada.
Order tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. UK orders can be tracked through the Royal Mail or InPost website or app. International orders can be tracked using the link provided in your dispatch email.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 to 4 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 to 2 working days.
InPost: 3 to 5 working days.
United States & Canada: 5 to 8 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs checks.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped to the United States or Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Missing or delayed orders
If your UK order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or your international order within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@notaire.co.uk with your order number and tracking reference. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to protect your inserts during transit. Orders are posted in a branded mailer box.
Other countries
We do not currently ship outside the UK, United States and Canada. If you are based elsewhere and are interested in our products, please get in touch at hello@notaire.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
