Everything you need to know about our inserts, dimensions, hole spacing, and which planners they fit.

Insert Dimensions

We make two insert sizes. Full-page A5 for planners, notes, and monthly layouts. Half-page for quick-access lists that clip into the front of your planner.

Full Page

148 x 210mm

Standard A5. Used for weekly, daily, monthly, and notes inserts.

Half-Page

74 x 210mm

Exactly half the width of A5. Used for shopping lists, to-do lists, and time blocking.

Hole Spacing

All inserts are pre-punched with 6 holes to fit the standard A5 6-ring mechanism. Here are the exact measurements.

About our paper

We use a premium uncoated paper that's thick, smooth, and designed to handle everyday writing without bleeding through or ghosting. It works beautifully with fountain pens, rollerballs, ballpoints, and fine-tip markers. (You weren't going to use a Sharpie in your planner, were you?)
